II. Java

The island of Java is divided into 6 provinces:

3. West Java
4. Central Java
5. D.I Yogyakarta
6. East Java

III. Kalimantan (Borneo)

The island of Kalimantan is divided into 4 provinces:

1. West Kalimantan
2. Central Kalimantan
3. South Kalimantan
4. East Kalimantan

IV. Lesser Sunda Islands

This small archipelago is divided into 3 provinces:

1. Bali
2. West Nusa Tenggara
3. East Nusa Tenggara

V. Sulawesi (Celebes)

The island of Sulawesi is divided into 6 provinces:

1. North Sulawesi
2. Gorontalo
3. Central Sulawesi
4. West Sulawesi
5. South Sulawesi
6. South East Sulawesi

VI. Maluku Islands

This small archipelago is divided into 2 provinces:

1. Maluku
2. North Maluku

VII. Irian Jaya (Papua)

The island of Irian Jaya is divided into 2 provinces:

1. West Papua
